About Kanoni

Kanoni overlooks the Halikiopoulos lagoon, where a slim causeway leads to the 17th-century Vlacherna Monastery and the cypress-clad islet of Pontikonisi (Mouse Island), one of Greece's most photographed scenes. The Achilleion Palace and Mon Repos estate sit close by. Despite the airport on its doorstep, Kanoni is calm and scenic, with a Blue Flag beach and hilltop view-cafés, all within ~15 minutes of Corfu Town. It suits second-home and view-driven buyers; villa prices here typically reach the €800k Golden Visa tier.
