About La Condamine

La Condamine is Monaco's central harbour-and-market district: it fronts Port Hercule, the yacht-lined heart of the Grand Prix circuit, and is anchored by the historic Marché de la Condamine and the pedestrian Rue Princesse Caroline. Among the top quarters by price, it is also the most walkable. For investors, La Condamine offers central, port-view living at ~€48,000–60,000/m² with relatively better gross yields of ~2–3%. Monaco's residential market is open to foreigners; residency is wealth-based, and residents pay no personal income tax (except French nationals).
