Neubau (the 7th District) is Vienna's creative and design-driven quarter, a young, dense, walkable district anchored by the MuseumsQuartier (one of Europe's largest cultural complexes), Spittelberg's cobblestoned streets, and the dense network of independent designers, galleries, and concept stores along Neubaugasse, Lerchenfelder Strasse, and Burggasse. Residential prices run EUR 6,500-10,500 per square metre with gross yields of 3.8-4.6%.
